Key Laboratory for Oilseed Product Processing(MARA) was established in 2016 (Nongban Ke [2016] No.29), is a professional key laboratory of agricultural product processing discipline group of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, constructed by Oil Crops Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The main direction and task is to focus on the new challenges facing the scientific and technological development of the oil processing industry, focus on solving major, common and key problems restricting oil processing, carry out green and efficient preparation technology of functional components such as oil lipids, molecular modification technology of functional components such as oil lipids, nutrition research and product creation, exploration of specific microbial resources and research on efficient transformation technology of oil-based organisms, and strive to build a leading domestic scientific and technological innovation highland with international influence, attraction and competitiveness. Talent cultivation and training base, industry-university-research cooperation and science and technology exhibition base, international cooperation and exchange center, improve the high quality and efficient industrialization level of oil, provide comprehensive solutions for product safety, output efficiency, resource conservation and environmental friendliness for oil processing and utilization, and provide scientific and technological support for "Healthy China" and national food safety, structural reform and sustainable development of oil supply side and farmers 'income increase.
