Prof. Fenghong Huang, is the doctoral supervisor and secondary researcher of Department of Product Processing and Nutriology in Oil Crops Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences with research responsibilities in the area of Oilseed Processing, Lipid nutrition and Food science. He has been selected as candidates of the New century millions of talent projects of China, the Outstanding talents of national agricultural research of China, National innovation talents of promotion project of China and First level talents in Hubei province, China. He has presided over 50 national and international cooperation projects and received 9 Science and technology achievement awards by government (2 national and 7 Provincial awards). Up to date, he has published 5 books, 100 SCI papers and 60 patents.
